Wedding in Salem church and reception at Villa Talliden
Hagelby Wedding Photography by John Hellstrom
From dating to wedding
I photographed Mia and Tobias wedding during a warm lovely summer day. They got together at Tobias 18th birthday many years ago. This was after a classmate, Martin, had played matchmaker when they were out celebrating Tobias. Tobias proposed to Mia in Turkey when they were sitting on the balcony of the hotel and celebrated Mia's 30th birthday, with a Champagne and cake.
Wedding in Salems church
The wedding ceremony took place in Salem church outside of Stockholm in Sweden. During the ceremony, the priest tried to figure out what a female variant of the monk was called and said "monkess", but the groom supported him. : o)
Bridesmade's name is Annelie and groomsmen's name is Fredrik. The color theme of the day was pink and silver.
The rings came from Schalins, from Smycka in Skarholmen. The wedding dress came from Sincerity bridal, purchased at Bröllopskällan. The flowers came from Blomsterprinsessan in Rönninge.
Wedding photography in Hagelby
We went and photographed a while in Hågelby park after the ceremony. The wedding was a Lincoln limo from Star Limousine Stockholm.
Wedding reception at Villa Talliden
The wedding reception was at Villa Talliden. Toast madam was Ann-Sofie. It was a crazy fun correcting a tipping walk on the wedding couple where they had to answer hypothetical questions about who would do what in different situations. Then it got a hell of a move on the dance floor when the band "One hell of a band" started. The groom danced until he was soaked. The honeymoon will wear off to Turkey all-inclusive, in Marmaris!
A big congratulations from your wedding photographer! :o)
